Debbie Wood – Quality Assurance Supervisor

In this position, Debbie is in charge of overseeing the timely correction of all Loss Control and Premium Audit reports that are returned for corrections (RFC's), assisting in technical questions from field associates and customers and supervision of our Quality Assurance Specialists.

Debbie has over 10 years experience in the Insurance Premium Audit field. Through the years, Debbie has filled various positions including Premium Auditor, Premium Audit Reviewer and Premium Audit Assistant Manager. Debbie previously filled the position of Premium Audit Quality Assurance Specialist at ISI.
Debbie is single and has two grown children and one grandson.

She works out of her home office in Baltimore, MD.

Ryan Lambie – Quality Assurance Specialist

In this position, Ryan will review all Loss Control and Premium Audit reports for quality, accuracy and to make sure that all customer guidelines are met. He will also provide them technical assistance to our field associates.

Ryan previously worked for ISI as a Field Associate completing Loss Control Surveys. Ryan has also taken and completed an online automated Loss Control course from www.replearning.com.

Ryan is married to his wife, Stephanie and resides in Farmington, PA.

Adam Hull - Premium Audit Quality Assurance Specialist

Adam has joined the ISI team as our Premium Audit Quality Assurance Specialist. In this position, Adam assists with the review of all Premium Audits as per the customers specific requirements and for quality and accuracy prior to the audit report being released to the customer.
Adam was trained by ISI as a Premium Auditor, completing audits for various ISI customers in the field.
Adam is married to his wife, Shelly and currently resides in Farmington, PA.
